Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and MDBX LTD (ADGM registration 000007984), which operates Boardside. By using Boardside you agree to them.
1. The service
Boardside gives you AI cofounders, Em and Liam, that you talk to by voice or text about your business. They remember your ventures between calls and help you decide what to do next.
2. Founding beta
Boardside is in a founding beta, by invitation. It's free until 5 January 2027. Features may change, break or be removed, and voice minutes are limited each month. Before the beta ends, we'll tell you the price, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. In return for free access, we'll ask you for one 20-minute feedback call.
3. Your account
You need to be 18 or over and sign in with your own Google account. Keep it secure. Invite codes are personal and work once.
4. Not professional advice
Em and Liam are AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They don't give legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and nothing they say creates a professional relationship. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them. The quorum's seats are lenses for thinking, not the views of any real person.
5. Your content
You own what you put into Boardside: your words, calls and files. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
6. Fair use
Don't use Boardside to break the law, harm others, impersonate anyone, upload malicious files, try to get around limits or security, or copy or resell the service.
7. Our content
Boardside, its design, methods, playbooks and software belong to MDBX LTD. You may use them only through the service.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Boardside running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. During the beta it's provided "as is".
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions you make based on what Em or Liam say. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you've paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Ending
You can stop using Boardside at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing sarah.m@mdbx.health. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using Boardside after that, you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market, and the ADGM Courts have jurisdiction.
